Customer Satisfaction Survey Sampling
Thirteen counties are randomly selected for the annual customer satisfaction survey (CSS) (see Table 1). Staff in each selected county are responsible for assembling the sampling frame, which is comprised of customers who fulfill the following requirements:
- attend a planned activity including, workshops, seminars and field days,
- visit the extension office to obtain information, or
- telephone for information during the month of either September or October.
A systematic sample of 60 names will be selected, half from the list of workshop attendees and half from the list of "walk-in" and telephone customers. Faculty in Program Development and Evaluation will assist county faculty in conducting the sampling process.
